Lynura Jackson is an Architectural Engineer that has dedicated most of her life to educating youth in STEM. Lynura attended Drexel University where she received her Bachelor of Science in Architectural Engineering. While at Drexel she, along with her senior design team, was afforded the opportunity to travel to New Orleans to meet with the Army Corp of Engineers and get a firsthand look at the damage by Hurricane Katrina and the possible reconstruction of the levy system. It was there that she envisioned herself rebuilding communities and changing lives. Lynura started her career as a project engineer for Whiting-Turner contracting company, then a small business developer for Clark Construction. Realizing she had a passion and knack for teaching she became an architectural drafting & engineering design teacher at Eleanor Roosevelt High School in Greenbelt, MD, a Technology Teacher at Friendship PCS Technology Prep, and finally the Deputy Director of the Office of Extended Learning Programs at Friendship PCS. In 2008, she became the Founder & CEO of The Jones Structure, LLC. Having struggles of building a company while maintaining a full-time job, she had to play an inactive role in growing the business. Now with the help of her family, the business was revived in 2017 and has found its niche as a Real Estate Engineering firm. Lynura works full-time with The Jones Structure as designer, project manager, and operations manager.

Jackson brings over 12 years of customer relationship management experience from the private and public sector. He is responsible for providing strategy and leadership focusing on increasing the organizations revenue.
The Jones Structure's mission is to improve the quality of life for underserved communities. This mission is accomplished through residential development, education, and community service.
Real Estate Development: We offer services in Project and Construction Management, Real Estate Development, Property Management, General Contracting, Home Improvement Services, pre-construction design services, and project development consulting.

Education: We provide professional development for CTE programs, and technology integration consulting for schools who want to adopt a holistic approach to 21st-century learning. The strongest structure ever built stands on the foundation of education. Learning about technology and learning to do technology is the life cycle of a great community. It is time we innovate our environment and engineer our world.
